- I%3/4, cup, corn starch, sifted

- I%1, T., margarine, softened at room temperature
- I%3, T., lemon juice
- I%2, drops, yellow food coloring

- R%Note: The first listing of ingredients are for the cookie dough.
- R% The second list is for the frosting.

- R%Combine margarine, powdered sugar, milk, flour, and corn starch.
- R%Chill for approximately 2 hours.

- R%Put nut (or small spoonful of chopped nuts) 2" apart on
- R%ungreased cookie sheet. Shape dough into small balls and
- R%flatten over pecans.

- R%Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

- R%Combine frosting ingredients and spread over cookies.
